Note1 : The cells were transfected with 50nM of the target siRNA, 24h prior to live cell imaging (n=294 cells, from 2 independent experiments).
Note2 : 38% of cells showed chromosome congression defects
Note3 : 4,6% of the cells died in mitosis without completing chromosome alignment; 4,8% of the cells died in the subsequent interphase

Protein lysates obtained after siRNA were immunoblotted with an antibody specific to each protein of interest. Alfa-tubulin was used as loading control.
